Flashmob to get some updates

Trying to start a campaign here,to get some things done in our beloved village.So all this info below is adressed to NewCapital citizens,especially for those that haven't read my topic on the forum :P

A flash mob is a large group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, do something unusual for a brief period of time, then quickly disperse.

After reading more semi-interviews with admins and remembering about older conversations and situations,I started to think of how can we speed the updating the process.

Admins have always said that the reason for not updating the city,is the lack of people online.Let's see if they really mean it,or just say it to get us off their back.
So here comes my idea:
-To organize some kind of a flashmob online,meaning - to gather as much people online,at one particular moment.
For this we have to:
-Tell all NC citizens,that r playing or have forgotten about this city,about this event
-Advertise this city using every method that is possible(friends,IM,spamming,etc.)
-Make them all register to NC
-Make them all come online at that particular day,at that particular moment

We need to gather at least 200-300 people online,to show the Admins that this is not a problem,to have people online,that we just need some updates to keep these people in the game...
After this,there are 2 possible endings:
1.Either admins realize this is not a dead city,and see some interest in it ->make some updates.
2.They leave it as it is,and we see that they don't really give a...

Attetion:
This should be a common effort,for the sake of this city that we care about so much.Doing this,we should gather our strength and forget all of our conflicts and missunderstandings.This should be a common purpose,of a united community.

Now,I want to see if this idea could be acomplished,so everybody who agree and support me - say YEAH!
