тесто: 1 стакан теплой воды ( стакан граненный), 1,5 чайные ложки дрожжей( я беру сухие Саф Велюр или как их там)ЛУЧШЕ синие, красных немного меньше надо, 1 столовая ложка сахара, и муки пол стакана, все это перемешиваешь ив теплое место минут на 7, пока дрожжи не разойдутся, затем вбиваешь яйцо( или 2 белка, желтки оставляем чтоб помазать сверху булочки), 2 чайные ложки без горки, соли грубого помола, полторы-2 столовые ложки подсолнечного масла, и муки даешь столько сколько возьмет, тесто должно быть плотным, но не крутым и не прилипать к рукам, оставляем еще на какое-то время, пока не подойдет, затем мажем руки маслом, переминаем тесто хорошенько и начинаем по чуть- чуть отрывать и формировать одинаковые шарики, складываем на противень так чтобы касались друг друга бочком, сверху смазываем желтками и в духовку.
в это время: режем меленько петрушку, выдавливаем чесночок, солим, добавляем подсолнечного масла и вымешиваем хорошенько, когда испекутся, пока горячие поливаем соломурчиком и вуаля, готово:)

По поводу "нового" сайта autocombats.info: сайт передан человеку, который готов поддерживать его. Я доверяю ему. Исходники клиента до сих пор не переданы ни кому, если с виртуал-боксом все будет нормально, то может и не придется передавать. Форум на сайте заменен, так как старые скрипты были взломаны (как оказалось), возможности добавить нового администратора форума не было.
